A new business called AMPLIFi Governance UK: an international
joint venture between Doncaster's Beta Technology and an Australian
partner, Amplifi Global Holdings was launched in Doncaster
recently at a bustling launch party hosted by one of
Doncaster's most forward thinking commercial legal practices,
Taylor Bracewell.
AMPLIFi Governance, already very successful in Australia, helps
family and private businesses to improve performance,
accountability, sustainability and innovation by creating a board
room culture through the identification and subsequent placement of
carefully selected independent directors.
Sharon Beck, commercial partner at Taylor Bracewell - who spoke
on the vital benefits of shareholder agreements - was joined by
some very engaging speakers on the evening. Beta Technology's
director, Anthony Davies, and founder of the AMPLIFi group, Duncan
Schultz, who travelled to the UK for the launch, explained the
history and concept of the project and how good governance and a
board room culture drives growth, accountability, sustainability
and innovation in your business.
Extremely pleased with the Doncaster launch, Anthony Davis
thanked Taylor Bracewell and its team for a 'brilliant' night and
for making AMPLIFi feel 'really welcome'. Sharon Beck said;
"We are delighted to have hosted the launch of such an innovative
project. I think it will offer invaluable assistance to many
small and medium sized businesses and I hope it is very successful
in Doncaster.
"The evening went really well for everyone and has had an added
benefit for Taylor Bracewell as we have been asked to become
involved with events at Doncaster College and The Institute of
Management, which we are really looking forward to."
