Elevation Recruitment has welcomed two new experienced recruiters to their fast-growing Engineering and Manufacturing division, in response to increased demand across the region for operational and technical staff. In addition, the South-Yorkshire based company has doubled its office space to cater for its rapidly expanding team.

David Pearson and Jasmin Fletcher will be joining Elevation with the specific remit to bolster the Engineering and Manufacturing Division, which was only launched earlier this year. Since March 2012, Elevation has successfully placed a number of employees in Engineering and Manufacturing roles throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Experienced recruiter David Pearson will join Elevation as a specialist in Operational and Technical Staff. Having supplied staff to a range of businesses during his professional career, including growing SMEs and Global PLCs, David was trained by an international recruitment firm and has six years experience in the sector.

David will also be joined by Jasmin Fletcher who will take up the role of Resourcing Consultant within the Engineering & Manufacturing division. Jasmin brings two years experience in the recruitment arena, having previously worked across a range of industries including manufacturing and processing.

To accommodate their expanding team, Elevation Recruitment has doubled their office space at South Grove House, Rotherham, which now can accommodate over 30 recruiters as well as a brand new interview suite which will hold executive off site client interviews free of charge.
