A new website is set to be launched in Sheffield next week,
which is set to provide a social enterprise for the
out-of-work.
On the 28th of February, Job4everyone.co.uk will be
launched as the new UK based online recruitment service.
"Jobs4everyone appreciates that for many small businesses,
people do not have the time or budget to spend on recruitment."
Says Founding Director, Richard Downs.
"We are mindful that approximately 75% of all Jobs are
unadvertised which we think is a result of lack of time and money;
hence we encourage employers to post one vacancy a month for free
and have created an easy to use system which automates the
recruitment process."
Using Social Media as a key tool in the future success of the
website, Jobs4Everyone will aim to drive new registrants and
visitors from their Facebook.com/Jobs4everyone
and their Twitter ' @Jobs4everyone'
accounts.
"This is the beginning of bringing more people together who are
looking for work, whilst increasing positivity by providing the
opportunity to share news, tips, links, Jobs and training." Richard
adds.
Jobs are free to post until the end of March 2012, which once
succeeded will be replaced by a small fee for employers and
recruiters, although the site and its services will remain free for
Job Seekers. In true social enterprise spirit a percentage of
profits will be re-invested back into local communities.
The website is a product of 4 Everyone Ltd, a Social Enterprise
focussed on re-investing in the communities it operates.
