Boost for Doncaster Property Market

A conservation area, which has remained derelict for over four years, has been brought back to life, as local development company, The Ground Group, recently completed its new St Mary's Court development.

The project, which has seen the redevelopment of the old Hill House School on Rutland St, is boosting the Doncaster property market, and providing much-needed quality rental accommodation.

28 prestigious high-specification apartments will be available to rent - encouraging families back into the community and restoring the site to its former glory.

Nigel Griffiths of The Ground Group said: "Doncaster has so much to offer - from its rich cultural heritage to its bid for city status later this year. Understandably, it is becoming a desirable place to live. However, a shortage of quality homes to rent is as much an issue in Doncaster as it is across the UK.

"As a result, luxury apartments, providing affordable rents and a good quality of lifestyle are in high demand in the town.

"As a development company, we're always on the look out for good opportunities, and we believe that the St Mary's Court development is a sign of the future prosperity of Doncaster.

"It's completion not only bodes well for the town's property market, it is also indicative of the area's economic recovery and growing desirability."

So what kind of lifestyle is on offer at the development?

The St Mary's Court development offers luxurious one and two bedroom apartments, all built to the highest quality and level of detail, including high-specification fitted kitchens, master bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus, the development offers stunning views and access to acres of beautiful Townsfield parkland.

As a sign of its long-term confidence in the Doncaster property market, The Ground Group recently announced commencement of a new development of 30 apartments - available for sale and rent - due for completion in 2013.
